Five office tenants have committed to staying in place at the mixed-use Glenpointe complex in Teaneck, according to property owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The renewals at Glenpointe total about 20,000 square feet, Sanzari said in a news release. In the largest transaction, Aviary Capital Enterprises renewed its 5,100-square foot lease at Glenpointe Centre East, which is located at 300 Frank W. Burr Blvd.
Jerry L. Barta, Sanzari’s vice president and director of leasing and marketing, negotiated each deal on behalf of the landlord. Frank Gunsberg of Colliers International represented the tenant in the Aviary Capital transaction.
The other deals are as follows:

- People’s United Equipment Finance Corp., which specializes in financing and leasing equipment in the construction, transportation and waste industries, has renewed its 4,700-square-foot lease at Glenpointe Centre East. The tenant was represented by Graham “Chip” Conklin of Savills Studley.
- Compass Maritime Services LLC, a ship brokerage firm, renewed its 2,600-square-foot commitment at Glenpointe Centre West, which is located at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. Roger Cantor of Cornerstone Real Estate Group represented the tenant.

“Alfred Sanzari Enterprises continues to build successful, long-term tenant relationships by maintaining high standards of quality at all of our properties,” Barta said. “These lease renewals reaffirm Glenpointe’s position as one of northern New Jersey’s premier business addresses. We look forward to being part of these successful firms’ growth for many years to come.”
Glenpointe sits within minutes of the George Washington Bridge and is home to a broad range of local, national and international companies, Sanzari said in a news release. The 50-acre complex sits at the intersection of interstates 80 and 95 and encompasses Glenpointe Centre West, Glenpointe Centre East and The Atrium at Glenpointe office buildings.
Also on site are the 350-room Marriott at Glenpointe hotel and the 26,000-square-foot Glenpointe Spa & Fitness Center. Now under construction is a 350-room dual-branded hotel featuring the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Homewood Suites by Hilton brands.
“Jerry Barta and the entire Sanzari team are extremely professional and dedicated to ensuring the building is well managed and tenants have a positive experience,” Steven Taub, a representative of Aviary Capital, said in a prepared statement. “We are pleased to continue our tenancy here.”
