The two-year-old nonprofit aimed at shepherding economic development in Trenton has bolstered its team with the hiring of a vice president of marketing and communications.
Greater Trenton announced it had selected Bryan Evans for the role, in which he will lead critical marketing and communications efforts to bolster awareness of the organization as an essential partner in projects and partnerships. His job also calls for promoting downtown Trenton as a destination for residents, community institutions and businesses.
“We’re thrilled to have Bryan’s depth of experience to help us spread the word about Greater Trenton and call attention to our great city,” Greater Trenton CEO George Sowa said. “I have no doubt that Bryan will excel in shining a bright spotlight on everything that makes Trenton a unique and wonderful place to live, work, play and do business.”
Evans joins the organization with more than 20 years of experience leading major marketing efforts for companies in the economic development, real estate, nonprofit, technology and business/financial arenas, according to a news release.
