Greenbrook Executive Center at 100 Passaic Ave. in Fairfield

Accordia Realty Ventures has secured a lease expansion at a Fairfield office building, inking a 5,000-square-foot deal with a commercial insurance and group benefits provider.
The firm, the landlord at 100 Passaic Ave., said Chadler Solutions now occupies 22,567 square feet at its Greenbrook Executive Center property. The expansion is the tenant’s third in nine years, providing it with about 29 percent more space than it had previously.
“Companies are starting to make decisions about the future of their business,” Accordia Principal Joe Romano said. “Their experience during the pandemic has shown that, while some functions can be performed by ‘at home’ employees, it is important to a company’s dynamic to have people together in the office, so they are ready to make long-term commitments for space.”
Totaling 202,759 square feet, Greenbrook Executive Center sits just south of Route 46 and Interstate 80. Accordia recently completed a two-phase renovation that included the installation of new HVAC equipment, interior upgrades and the addition of televisions and wall coverings, which complement an updated café and new elevator cabs installed in 2017.
The building, which provides access to a host of area highways, is now 90 percent leased.
