Advance Realty Investors has unveiled more than 20,000 square feet of indoor amenity space at The Wyldes, its newest luxury apartment building in Harrison’s Riverbend District.
The firm, which completed the property earlier this year, welcomed its first residents around mid-July to the collection of 399 homes at 1100 South 5th St. It’s now touting the debut of high-profile recreation and social spaces such as a pair of lobbies with double-height lounges and a coffee station, as well as a commercial-grade demonstration kitchen and a virtual gaming and karaoke room with a mini bar.
Other amenities include a billiards room with a media lounge and kitchenette and spaces known as The Garden Bar and The Clubhouse lounge, where residents can find a media center and a full kitchen that opens to The Wyldes’ pool, according to a news release. Also available is a series of co-working spaces, including private offices and conference rooms, along with a two-story fitness center with specialized trainers, yoga classes, free weights and a host of high-end machines.
SLIDESHOW: Amenities at The Wyldes
“Thoughtful design and planning enabled us to present an inspiring package of amenities at The Wyldes that is redefining the rental experience in Harrison,” said Dan Cocoziello, principal and chief operating officer of Advance Realty Investors. “It’s an elevated lifestyle that encourages social interaction and emphasizes fun, health, and mindfulness.”
The newly unveiled spaces complement The Wyldes’ outdoor amenities, which span 45,000 square feet and include a landscaped rooftop with views of downtown Manhattan and the Newark skyline, a bar with televisions, multiple firepits and other offerings. The property also has a landscaped courtyard with lounge seating, TVs, firepits, sun loungers, ping pong and a screening area, while residents in warmer months have access to an infinity-edge pool with similar appointments.
MHS Architecture designed The Wyldes, a collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes, while March Associates Construction was its general contractor. The Marketing Directors is the building’s marketing and leasing agent, with rents starting in the mid-$2,000s.
