Leasing is underway at a new 18-unit apartment building in Jersey City’s burgeoning McGinley Square section, where a developer is offering both loft-style and modern luxury rentals.
According to Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management, which is marketing the property, monthly rents at The North Star Apartments start at $1,900. It now hopes to draw renters to the building with a series of high-end amenities and a location at 725 Bergen Ave. that is steps from restaurants and other neighborhood perks.
Cervelli noted that the building also has “diverse floor plans that cater to every aesthetic and lifestyle need.” They include a five-unit selection known as Douglass Lofts, which has what it described as “an edgy, urban feel” with darker cabinets, counters and fixtures, and a section dubbed Polaris Flats that boasts “a more traditional ambiance” and a color palette to match.
“The North Star Apartments provide a sanctuary of elegance with diverse floor plans that cater to every aesthetic and lifestyle need,” Cervelli wrote in a news release. “From the industrial-chic Douglass Lofts to the refined warmth of the Polaris Flats, these residences are more than just apartments—they’re the embodiment of a lifestyle that cherishes both luxury and convenience.”
Amenities at the building include a rooftop terrace with an outdoor kitchen and New York City skyline views, an entertainment space and a fitness room and wellness center designed by Fitness 4 Lyfe and Hudson Steel Miami Super Gym, the news release said. Residents, meantime, have on-site laundry, bike storage, a video intercom system and key fob entry.
