A veterinary practice has acquired a nearly 3,300-square-foot commercial building in Haddon Township, in a newly announced transaction by Vantage Commercial.
The brokerage firm said the buyer, Dr. Khalid Munir, plans to open the Animals First Veterinary Hospital within the property at 5-7 West Cuthbert Blvd. Vantage Commercial Director Aran Ploshansky and Corinne Giletto, a senior adviser, represented both parties, noting that the team had listed the 3,250-square-foot property for lease and then sold it in an off-market deal.
“The Haddon Township building is a well-positioned and unique property,” Ploshansky said. “We are pleased to have helped ownership with the sale of the building, and we look forward to seeing the building’s transformation under its new ownership.”
