Atlantic Real Estate Services has promoted one of its brokers to vice president, following his completion of more than 1 million square feet of deals over the past year.
The Bridgewater-based brokerage and consulting firm announced the promotion of Brian Dudzinski. The move comes after he helped broker more than $50 million worth of industrial sales or leases in the past 12 months at properties including:
- 1165 Cranbury South River Road in South Brunswick, where Yamibuy.com leased 248,611 square feet
- 1 Capital Drive in Cranbury, where Main Tape Co. signed a 115,200-square-foot extension
- 50 Atrium Drive in Franklin, an 83,233-square-foot building acquired by F&E Trading LLC
- 2085 Route 130 in North Brunswick, where Cancos Tile Corp. acquired a seven-acre industrial site
- 1000 Coolidge Street in South Plainfield, where Technick Products Inc. acquired 107,825 square feet
In a news release, Atlantic Real Estate Services said Dudzinski completed the required 150 hours of coursework and successfully passed the New Jersey state exam to become a licensed broker-salesperson.
“I am not surprised with Brian’s success or promotion,” said Rich Greenberg, senior vice president with the firm. “He is an extremely hard worker, knows the market extremely well and is committed to providing the highest level of professional service.”
Dudzinski is a graduate of Villanova University and lives in Morristown.
