A financial services firm has signed a new lease for more than 11,000 square feet of office space in Livingston, in a recent transaction announced by Avison Young.
In a news release, the brokerage team said the deal at 354 Eisenhower Parkway will allow RMG CPA to relocate and expand its headquarters. The practice is taking 11,302 square feet in a deal with Allwood Associates I, the landlord, providing it with a more efficient space and one that offers additional amenities for employees.
Avison Young’s Jeff Heller, principal and managing director of the firm’s Morristown office, and Principal Drew Persson represented RMG. CBRE represented ownership.
“RMG’s move is indicative of many firms seeking to provide their employees the best amenities and access they can, which improves return to office efforts as well as a culture of collaboration among their team,” Heller said. “Avison Young is uniquely qualified in understanding the market and present the space options that not only helped meet RMG’s specific needs but helped them make more informed decisions.”
Avison Young announced the deal in mid-October, noting that 354 Eisenhower Parkway provides its client with quick access to Interstate 280 and the Mount Pleasant Avenue thoroughfare.
