A tax service firm is taking more than 4,000 square feet at a Florham Park office campus, under a newly completed transaction by Avison Young.
The brokerage team announced that Global Tax Management Inc., a Philadelphia-based firm, has leased 4,256 square feet at 100 Campus Drive. The practice is relocating its New Jersey regional office from Metropark to the Park Avenue at Morris County complex, where it’s slated to take occupancy in the third quarter.
Avison Young Principal and Managing Director Jeff Heller and Principal William McCaffrey represented the landlord, Liberty Properties LLC, while Cushman & Wakefield Executive Managing Director Richard Baumstein represented the tenant.

The firm’s new home will sit within a six-building, 1.16 million-square-foot office park at the Columbia Turnpike exit off Route 24. Amenities at the property include private shuttle service to NJ Transit’s Madison station, two full-service cafeterias, online ordering and food delivery and a fitness center.
