A fruits and nuts distributor has leased more than 23,600 square feet at a Bergen County industrial building, in one of four newly announced transactions by Team Resources Inc.
The tenant, Rockland Wholesale & Distributors, is taking 23,622 square feet at 20-21 Wagaraw Road in Fair Lawn. Team Resources’ Alex Rosenberg, David Knapel, Greg Sholom and David Cantor represented ownership, while Glenn DiGiacomo of Cresa Global represented the tenant.
“The unit provides Rockland Wholesale with a uniquely sizeable and affordable base from which to reach their customers in a timely way,” Rosenberg said. “We’re very much looking forward to having them in the park.”
Cantor and Sholom also joined Team Resources’ Eric Lewin to complete a 23,659-square-foot renewal at 3 Caesar Place in Moonachie with Aviation Completion Innovations Inc. The brokerage team represented the landlord, while Twill Realty represented the tenant.
At 200 Clifton Blvd. in Clifton, a team that included Lewin, Jeff Volpi, Stacey Wellins and Knapel brokered a 23,000-square-foot lease to JDB Market Corp, doing business as John’s Market. The fresh produce distributor’s new home includes two tailboard doors and a drive-in door, floor drains and a ceiling height spanning 12 to 23 feet within the 142,000-square-foot building.
“200 Clifton Blvd. provided John’s Gourmet Food Service with a centrally located New Jersey distribution facility,” said Lewin, a senior executive vice president with Team Resources. “With food service being such a vital part of the supply chain currently, 200 Clifton Blvd. made it more efficient for John’s Gourmet to service and expand their services to their customers.”
Sholom and Cantor also completed a lease at 10 Industrial Ave. in Mahwah, where Vectornate is taking 12,622 square feet. The Lyndhurst-based firm represented the landlord, while Jay Lee of Simply Real Estate represented the tenant, a manufacturer and distributor of water filters, air filtration products and vector control products.
“This is a corner unit with ample parking and offices in a modern brick building, which enabled the tenant to accommodate its long-term growth,” said Sholom, the firm’s president.
