The Blau & Berg Co. has named Alessandro “Alex” Conte a shareholder and executive vice president with the commercial real estate brokerage firm.

“Alex’s dedication to the company and our clients is unparalleled,” Jason M. Crimmins, president of the Short Hills-based firm, said in a prepared statement. “His vested interest in The Blau & Berg Company will only continue to drive our success in the future.”
Conte joined the firm in 2003 after graduating from William Paterson University and quickly became instrumental in the growth of the business, according to a news release. As executive vice president and principal, he is responsible for overseeing capital markets, client growth and supply chain and logistic representation.
“Little did I know 15 years ago, while interviewing for a career in the prestigious real estate field, I would be getting the most prudent business advice of my life right out of college,” Conte said. “Ken Crimmins instilled in me then that above all, the keys to success in this or any field were honesty, integrity and perseverance.
“Providing our customers and clients with sound advice backed by a storied tradition in client relations has been the cornerstone of The Blau & Berg Company. Today, by use of cutting-edge technology we continue the tradition of old, and yet still stay ahead of our competition, giving our clients the best possible results.”
