A private investor has sold a Bloomfield retail property for nearly $3.5 million, according to brokers with Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office.
In a news release, the firm said it had the exclusive listing to market the 8,500-square foot retail property at 1049 Broad St. The complex, anchored by Terry’s Drugs, is fully occupied by five tenants.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero and David Cafiero represented the seller, according to Brian C. Hosey, the firm’s regional manager.
