An industrial building in Piscataway has changed hands for $4.3 million, according to a brokerage team with The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The firm said the property, the location of which was undisclosed, sits on three acres off Exit 10 of Interstate 287. Boniakowski has also listed the property for lease and has identified a potential tenant that could sign a long-term lease, the firm said.
Joseph Boniakowski, a broker with the Green Brook-based firm, and Todd Gannet, a senior vice president, completed the assignment.
