A developer has signed a full-building lease for what will be a 125,000-square-foot warehouse in Monmouth County, under a newly announced deal by Sitar Realty Co.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it represented the landlord in the deal in Tinton Falls. While it not disclose the location, the firm said the warehouse will sit on roughly 50 acres between exits 100B and 102 of the Garden State Parkway, serving as a last-mile distribution facility for the tenant.
Sitar Senior Vice President Robert JanTausch and Executive Vice President Douglas Sitar completed the assignment, while Andrew Siemsen of KBC Advisors represented the tenant. The firms did not disclose the name of either party.
“The property’s central location in Monmouth County and proximity to the Garden State Parkway and six major highways makes it ideal for a last-mile location for any logistics company,” JanTausch said.
