An industrial user has taken 40,000 square feet in New Brunswick, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
Brokers with the firm represented the tenant, Adir & EJD, in the deal at 625 Jersey Ave. It’s among the latest users at the 325,000-square-foot building, which is east of Route 27 and accessible from routes 1, 130 and 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt and Sales Associate Eli Harari completed the transaction with Triangle Fidelco LP, the landlord. They noted that the property, which sits on 30 acres, features 16- to 22-foot ceiling heights, 35 loading docks and two drive-in doors.
