A third-party logistics firm has taken more than 92,000 square feet of additional space in Edison, doubling its footprint within a portfolio owned by Heller Industrial Parks.
Bussel Realty Corp., which represented Taylored/FMI in the deal, said the transaction at 201 Mill Road comes less than four months after an earlier commitment for 91,191 square feet. It now occupies another 92,140 square feet at a complex that is about two miles from Route 1, providing quick access to region’s vast highway network.
BRC President Steve Bussel completed the lease for the tenant, the successor to Toll Global Forwarding and subsidiary of Taylored Services.
“After a broad search in a New Jersey industrial marketplace where there are few available spaces, we located and closed a deal that best-positions Taylored/FMI’s business expansion,” Bussel said.
