A private buyer has paid nearly $5 million for a retail center in the Burlington County township of Riverside, according to brokers with Marcus & Millichap.
The investment sales firm represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction at Riverdel Center, a 29,740-square-foot property at 1101 South Fairview St. The fully leased asset, which is anchored by Dollar General, changed hands for $4.95 million.
Marcus & Millichap investment specialists Alan Cafiero, Ben Sgambati and David Cafiero completed the assignment, while also representing the buyer.
