A snack manufacturer is relocating to Edison from Brooklyn after acquiring a 35,316-square-foot industrial property in the township, Bussel Realty Corp. said Monday.
The industrial real estate brokerage said the buyer, Snack Innovations, paid about $4.1 million for the building at 41 Ethel Road West. BRC senior vice presidents Stephen Nozza and John Cascio represented the seller, Braha New Jersey Realty Associates.
“Snack Innovations will utilize the facility for its snack and healthy foods manufacturing and distribution to the New York metro region,” Cascio said. “The strategic location of the property made it ideal for reaching its customer base.”
The industrial building sits on 4.41 acres, allowing the buyer the opportunity for future expansion, Bussel said. The property includes 2,000 square feet of office space, 20-foot clear ceiling heights, four tailboards and one drive-in for loading.
The building is located minutes from Interstate 287, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 1.
