A new operator of community space has leased 4,000 square feet in Montclair, under a newly announced transaction by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
The operator, whose name was not disclosed, is set to open the new space at 425 Bloomfield Ave. within the first quarter of this year. Boniakowski said the business will include a café, education and event center, a bookshop boutique and suite of professional offices.
Todd Gannet, senior vice of commercial sales with the Green Brook-based brokerage, represented both parties, touting the location’s proximity to mass transit and public parking.
