CBRE has landed a new assignment as the co-subleasing agent for a three-building, 674,000-square-foot office campus in Bridgewater.
In a news release, the real estate services firm said it was working in conjunction with Zell Partnership Inc. to market the complex at 55 Corporate Drive. The brokerage team noted that the plug-and-play space was completely renovated in 2019 and is one of New Jersey’s largest blocks of available furnished office space in a high-end complex.
CBRE’s Sean Morley, Rémy deVarenne Jr., Gregory Barkan, Steve Purpura and Jonathan Schifrin will spearhead the leasing campaign alongside Louis Kluger, senior vice president of Zell Partnership Inc.
“The office space at 55 Corporate Drive offers potential corporate space users a one-of-a-kind opportunity to decentralize and de-densify their operations within a suburban complex — a trend we are seeing a number of tenants request,” deVarenne said. “Given the almost complete shutdown of construction in New Jersey and severely delayed supply chains, tenants are seeking fully furnished spaces to facilitate the completion of projects and reduce capital costs.
“From its central location in New Jersey’s ‘wealth belt’ to its excellent amenities and quality furnishings, the property is ideally situated to serve the real estate needs of top office tenants wanting to locate their operations in the region.”
Sitting on 149 acres, 55 Corporate Drive provides quick access to interstates 287 and 78, along with Route 202/206. The complex is part of the former Sanofi U.S. headquarters, offering a fitness center, conference facilities, an auditorium, café and several walking trails.
“We have an ongoing, longstanding complementary relationship with CBRE enabling us to successfully accomplish our client’s goals,” Kluger said. “We look forward to working together once again on this important assignment.”
