An addiction treatment center has leased nearly 4,500 square feet at a Cherry Hill office building, Wolf Commercial Real Estate said Friday.
The brokerage firm said it represented LEMNOS LLC in the deal with Malvern Institute. The tenant will occupy 4,435 square feet at 401 South Kings Hwy., building 1, a property within the Tara Professional Office Park off Route 70.
Leor Hemo, executive vice president of WCRE, exclusively represented the landlord.
Founded in 1948, Malvern Institute is the region’s oldest private addiction treatment center, Wolf said in a news release. Malvern operates three inpatient detox and rehabilitation centers, as well as multiple outpatient locations in Cherry Hill and the suburbs of Philadelphia.
Its new home has quick access to Interstate 295, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 73.
