A flooring company has expanded its footprint in Allendale with a newly completed lease for nearly 24,000 square feet, according to a broker with Chilmark Real Estate Services.
Already located at 90 Boroline Road, Aperion Surfaces is taking another 23,626 square feet at the adjacent 40 Boroline Road. Chilmark’s Michael Marchese represented the tenant, while CBRE represented ownership.
Word of the deal comes four months after Aperion took 19,800 square feet of industrial flex space at its existing location. The company was slated to move to the location, just west of Route 17, from Connecticut.
