A flooring company has leased nearly 20,000 square feet of industrial flex space in Bergen County, in a newly announced deal by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
The tenant, Aperion Surfaces, is relocating from Connecticut to 90 Boroline Ave. in Allendale, according to the Morristown-based brokerage firm. It will occupy 19,800 square feet under a lease with an undisclosed landlord, with a location just west of Route 17 and minutes from other highways in northern Bergen County.
Chilmark Executive Managing Director Michael Marchese represented the tenant, while CBRE represented ownership.
