The owner of a 110,000-square-foot office building in Warren has tapped Chilmark Real Estate Services as its listing agent.
The brokerage firm announced last week that it will work on behalf of 35 Tech Partners LLC to market the property, 35 Technology Drive. Located just south of Interstate 78, the building sits within a well-traveled section of the township that is home to several major employers.
Chilmark’s Michael Marchese and Ed Flanagan will lead the agency team.
