Morristown-based Chilmark Real Estate Services has joined CORFAC International as the global real estate network’s New Jersey member.
The brokerage firm, which was founded in 2017, represents both tenants and landlords in lease transactions while also advising on investment sales and providing asset and property management services. It was one of multiple companies that were considered for membership as CORFAC’s local representative and was selected unanimously after an interview process.
“Speaking on behalf of my partners and as one of the owners of Chilmark Real Estate Services, we find it to be a privilege to become a part of CORFAC International,” said Michael Marchese, a partner with the firm. “This strategic move provides Chilmark with a global network of over 75 offices and 900 professionals to service our existing and future clients worldwide.”
Now in its 35th year, CORFAC is a global network comprised of privately held entrepreneurial commercial real estate firms with expertise in office, industrial and retail brokerage, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, multifamily, self-storage, acquisitions and dispositions, property management and corporate services, according to its website. Members frequently collaborate across markets, the organization said, noting that firm principals are involved in every transaction to add value and best-in-class service to each client interaction.
