Colliers International has expanded the size of its Woodbridge office, touting the need to accommodate its growing team in the region.
The commercial real estate services firm said the new space, located on the 10th floor of 10 Woodbridge Center Drive, allows it to nearly double its footprint. It did not disclose the size of its previous office, but said the expanded suite can accommodate 30 individuals.
“Our latest expansion is another example of Colliers’ strategic and continued growth in New Jersey and in the tristate area,” said Dennis Waggner, an executive managing director with the firm and its market leader in New Jersey. “The new space puts us in an excellent position to continue exceeding the needs of our clients in the region, win new business and attract top-tier professionals to our growing and talented team.”
Colliers opened its Woodbridge office in 2017, citing its proximity to five counties comprising more than 81.5 million square feet of office space, 326 million square feet of industrial space and 148 million square feet of retail space. The office is also at the crossroads of the New Jersey Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, providing the ability to access New York City and Philadelphia, and minutes from the Metropark train station.
The new space is now open at roughly 50 percent capacity, Colliers said, with new safety protocols in place under the first phase of the firm’s COVID-19 reopening plan.
