The William F. Connors Agency has brokered the sale of a 15,000-square-foot industrial building in Irvington, the firm announced Friday.
William F. Connors III, the firm’s president and broker of record, completed the trade of 24 Buffington Ave. on behalf of an unnamed seller. The property sits just north of Exit 55 on Interstate 78, providing quick access to other highways throughout northern and central New Jersey.
Terms were not disclosed.
