An auction house is expanding its footprint with the acquisition of a 16,000-square-foot building in Lambertville, according to the brokerage firm Commercial Property Network.
The Princeton-based firm said it represented the buyer, Rago Antiques, in its purchase of 243 North Main St. William Barish, who handled the assignment for CPN, said the building will support Rago’s expansion of its display and storage needs for its on-site and online antiques auction platform.
“This site offered an ideal option for Rago’s expansion goals, as it was situation within blocks of their other properties,” said Barish, the founder of CPN. “It also represented a near perfect solution for their varied needs.”
