Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC has nearly doubled its footprint at a Manhattan office tower, as the West Orange-based law firm continues to expand across the Hudson River.

The practice announced Tuesday that it has grown to 8,191 square feet at Eleven Times Square, where it first opened an office in 2016. It will continue to use the space as a full-service hub, with a particular focus on real estate, corporate transactions, immigration and commercial litigation.
“This latest investment in our New York City presence is the natural result of the excitement and demand we have generated throughout the marketplace since establishing an initial physical foothold just four years ago,” said Daniel A. Schwartz, CSG’s managing member. “We are optimistic about our future prospects in Manhattan and beyond as we continue to identify opportunities to strategically enhance our competitive reach.”
The firm occupies the 34th floor of the tower, which was built by SJP Properties. Its expansion follows a 2019 that saw more than 30 lateral hires join its ranks, including two in New York City, as well as a series of 2018 hires that added four attorneys to the 11 Times Square office.

CSG said it continues to grow its New York headcount. Last month, it added former Thompson Hine LLP attorney Adelina M. Skylar to its real estate, development and land use group.
“We are committed to New York City — and this doubling down at Eleven Times Square is a central feature of our strategic growth plan,” said Francis J. Giantomasi, a member of the real estate group. “As we cross yet another exciting milestone in our firm’s history, this world-class office environment will accommodate our growing roster of the region’s brightest legal minds, as well as our increasingly sophisticated clientele, in the long term.”
