Vision Properties has named a new leasing agent for two office buildings outside Morristown, tapping Cushman & Wakefield for the assignment at the 230,000-square-foot portfolio.
According to a news release, Cushman’s Brian Decillis and Bill O’Keefe will work on attracting new tenants to 350 and 360 Mount Kemble Ave. The team on Monday noted that the Morris Township properties benefit from some $3.5 million in recent upgrades and amenities such as a full-service café, a fitness center, a conference center and covered parking with a solar field.
The buildings are also just 2.5 miles south of the Morristown Green and provide easy access to interstates 78 and 80 and routes 24 and 202/206.
“We are thrilled to leverage Cushman & Wakefield’s global platform to further enhance the leasing efforts at this property,” said David Milewski, a vice president with Vision Properties. “This assignment builds on the tremendous success we’ve achieved together at 180 Park Avenue in Florham Park where the team has demonstrated their ability by attracting four new dynamic, long-term, high-quality tenants to the building.”
C&W added that the complex also has outdoor space with a pond, on-site property management and engineering services. The surrounding area is home to hotels, retail and restaurants.
The leasing brokers, meanwhile, said three of the five available office suites are fully built, wired and furnished, making it an attractive option for those seeking prebuilt space.
“We are thrilled to partner with Vision Properties to lease 350 and 360 Mount Kemble Avenue,” Decillis said. “This appointment highlights Vision Properties’ financial strength and dedication to these outstanding assets. With a multimillion-dollar capital reserve in place to fund tenant improvement costs and leasing commissions, we are confident in our ability to attract high-quality tenants to these great buildings. Vision Properties’ best-in-class management team has stable in-place debt on these properties and has a diverse tenant roster with long-term leases.”
