A financial services firm is taking nearly 19,000 square feet of office space in Warren, under a deal arranged by brokers with Cushman & Wakefield.
The leasing team said the tenant, Evercore Partners Services East LLC, is relocating to 20 Independence Blvd. as part of the lease with Senlac Ridge Partners. The company’s new home provides it with immediate access to Interstate 78 and other highways, along with a host of retail, restaurant and service amenities and hotels.
C&W’s William O’Keefe and Raymond Trevisan represented ownership in the 18,590-square-foot deal.
“Warren has attracted many of the region’s most successful and prominent corporations in a diverse variety of industries,” O’Keefe said, noting that 20 Independence Blvd. has a full-service cafeteria and a recently renovated lobby.
