Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP has signed a 40,000-square-foot lease renewal for its office in Woodbridge, in one of several newly announced deals by Cushman & Wakefield.
Brokers with Cushman represented the landlord, Opal Holdings, in the transaction at 99 Wood Ave. South in the township’s Iselin section. It comes as part of a flurry of activity within the Metropark submarket, where Opal owns six buildings totaling more than 1.5 million square feet within a newly rebranded portfolio known as Centerline.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand, Kevin Carton, Paul Giannone and Brody Strickland completed the deals, which total 70,685 square feet. They also include:
- M&T Bank signed a renewal for 17,000 square feet at 99 Wood Ave. South
- BCT Group signed a 3,300-square-foot lease at 333 Thornall St.
- Atkins Réalis USA Inc. signed a 3,500-square-foot lease at 343 Thornall Street.
- Dermodity signed a 2,800-square-foot lease at 99 Wood Ave. South
- Tanisha, a custom application and end-to-end IT service, signed an expansion and extension for 2,300 square feet at 99 Wood Ave. South
- Aspire, a youth services group, signed a 1,785-square-foot lease at 99 Wood Ave. South
- P360, a pharma software company, signed a lease at 343 Thornall St.

In a news release, C&W noted that Centerline at Metropark’s property management team received The Outstanding Building of the Year award in October 2023 from BOMA New Jersey. Each building is located near a plethora of malls, hotels and a variety of restaurants, while users are minutes from the Garden State Parkway, the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 440, Route 1&9 and Interstate 287 and within walking distance of the Metropark train station.
