A nearly 15,000-square-foot retail property in Vineland has changed hands, following a transaction arranged by brokers with Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
The property, located at 1889 South Lincoln Ave., is fully leased to Rite Aid and sits on about 7.6 acres, according to a news release. Bluestone Group LLC sold the freestanding, 14,464-square-foot property to SRP Vineland LLC for an undisclosed price.
WCRE Senior Associate Ryan Barikian and Managing Principal Jason Wolf represented both parties, noting that the deal also includes excess land for future development.
