Though Day Pitney is a national firm with over a dozen offices from Boston to Miami, the firm has a longstanding history and presence in the New Jersey business community. Day Pitney’s real estate group represents a diverse range of real estate clients, including private and national developers, institutional real estate investors, Fortune 500 companies, national commercial chains and apartment developers that specialize in 100 percent affordable housing developments. This wide array of clients is not only due to Day Pitney’s breadth of real estate experience, but also because our attorneys are considered thought leaders in real estate, given their involvement in trade associations and leadership in state and local bar associations.
The Day Pitney advantage is allowing clients to draw on our attorneys’ experience, network and skills on all aspects of real estate. Whether it is guiding our corporate clients on repurposing their real estate footprint, structuring a complicated real estate transaction, negotiating inclusion in a town’s affordable housing plan or confronting local opposition to a project, Day Pitney attorneys bring a “value-add” to all of their real estate matters. That is why Day Pitney attorneys handle matters across the entire state of New Jersey as opposed to a localized region.
The following are some recent noteworthy projects that Day Pitney has handled for clients:
