BNE Real Estate will soon open the doors to its new 227-unit luxury apartment project in Aberdeen, hoping to capitalize on a location just steps from an NJ Transit rail station.
The developer said leasing is slated to launch later this fall at what it calls The Link at Aberdeen Station, located at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Harrison Street. Monthly rents begin at $1,895, with the complex offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
The project also calls for ground-floor retail space.
“We look forward to introducing something fresh that has not been built yet in the neighborhood,” said Jonathan Schwartz, a principal of BNE Real Estate Group. “Inside this brand-new transit village, we aim to deliver the same high-style luxury and service found in areas closer to Manhattan, but at a much more attractive value.”
Designed by Thomas Brennan Architects, with interiors curated by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, The Link will include amenities such as a vibrant social lounge, fitness center, work-from-home areas and an outdoor swimming pool, according to a news release. The adjacent train station offers rail service to New York Penn Station or Hoboken to the north and Bay Head to the south along NJ Transit’s North Jersey Coast line, while the site also offers quick access to the Garden State Parkway and routes 34 and 35.
“Our residents will live greener, easier and more efficiently,” said Kristina Hedden, vice president of marketing for BNE. “Our location next to the train station will mean less time spent in the car, and more time living life.”
