Woodmont Properties has leased up its new 443-unit luxury multifamily property just off Route 1 in West Windsor.
In a news release, the developer said the project at 100 Woodstone Circle has attracted renters with its high-end amenities and its proximity to Princeton. Residents are also minutes from the area’s major employers, Princeton University and the vast selection of retailers and restaurants along the highway, while they’re roughly three miles from the Princeton Junction train station.
The community, known as Woodmont Way, has a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with upscale design and private patios and balconies.
“With every project, Woodmont is committed to delivering a best-in-class product that meets not only residents’ desires but also creates a lasting impact on the surrounding community,” said Stephen Santola, Woodmont Properties’ executive vice president and general counsel. “Woodmont Way has received tremendous demand since leasing launched in early 2021, and we’re thrilled to celebrate today’s goal as it further demonstrates Woodmont’s innovative design resonates with New Jersey’s residents seeking a superior living experience.

On-site amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, a golf simulator, a heated swimming pool and pickle ball and bocce ball courts, according to a news release. The pet-friendly community also has a bark park and an indoor pet spa, Woodmont said, while residents have optional access to garages and individual storage units.
The milestone comes as the property recently earned the Community of the Year designation by the Metro Builders and Contractors Association. Woodmont, meantime, is now leasing a 120-unit project in Warren County known as Woodmont Liberty at Independence, while it has broken ground on its 300-unit Woodmont Forge development in Hopewell Township.
