Dunkin’ has opened at a busy shopping center in Edison after recently leasing nearly 1,700 square feet at the property, brokers with The Goldstein Group announced Monday.
The coffee and doughnut chain, which is leasing the space from Oak Grove Associates, occupies a pad site building at the Inman Grove Shopping Center at 1125 Inman Ave., according to a news release. It’s now open at the 1,695-square-foot building alongside tenants such as Stop & Shop, Taco Bell, Wells Fargo and others.
The Goldstein Group Executive Vice President Lew Finkelstein, Vice President CJ Huter, Sales Associate Roy Paret and Director Chris Conway represented both parties.
“This new Dunkin’ site is a relocation from an existing site in the market,” said Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group. “The franchisee, which owns multiple Dunkin’ locations, saw the opportunity to reposition the store in the market while also providing them with a new freestanding drive thru location in a supermarket-anchored shopping center.”
Other tenants at Inman Grove include IvyRehab, Planet Wings, Jade Garden and Allstate.
