A business valuation firm has leased more than 1,400 square feet at a Mercer County office building, in a deal arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc.
Al Toto, a senior vice president with the brokerage firm, represented both ownership and BCG Valuations LLC in the transaction at 23 Route 31 in Hopewell. The tenant has committed to 1,429 square feet over a five-year term at what’s known as Pennington Point, which is just north of the Pennington border.
The deal comes 15 years after Toto represented BCG in a lease at a nearby building. He noted that the firm specializes in valuing business interests for many purposes, including estate, gift and income taxation, as well as purchase and sale of minority and controlling interests, preferred recapitalizations, litigation involving business and securities valuation issues and general corporate and shareholder planning.
