The site of a former Kmart building in Camden County has changed hands for an undisclosed price, under a deal arranged by Equity Retail Brokers.
According to George Wisnoski, an agent with the firm, the space is part of the Historic Lawnside Village shopping center at the intersection of White Horse Pike and Interstate 295 in Lawnside. An entity listed as MCG Lawnside Owner LLC purchased the property from Seven Hills Realty Associates.
Wisnoski represented the seller, noting that other nearby retailers include Home Depot, Lowes, Shop Rite, PetSmart and Wawa.
