A law firm has signed a new 4,300-square-foot lease at a Watchung office building, according to a brokerage team with The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
In a news release, the agency said it represented Edwards Estate and Elder Law in the five-year deal at 776 Mountain Blvd. The space will accommodate the practice’s growth and allow for continued expansion, while providing a location that is close to its prior office.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group, represented the tenant. David Wilde of Coldwell Banker Realty represented ownership.
