A local business owner has acquired two parcels in Glassboro, including one that’s home to a 33,000-square-foot former athletic facility, in a deal by Vantage Commercial Real Estate.
According to the brokerage team, the properties include a combined 25 acres at 236-238 and 240-242 Delsea Drive South. The latter, which spans 15 acres, is the former home of a facility known as MaxFit & Sports.
Vantage Commercial Real Estate Senior Adviser Vincent Ceroli and Vice President Ken Richardson represented both the buyer, John Ochipinti, and the seller
“This was truly a collaborative effort to close this complex commercial real estate deal,” Ceroli said. “Our appreciation goes out to everyone who contributed — from the clients who trusted us to the professionals who worked tirelessly to make it happen.”
Richardson added: “We met with John early in the process, we walked his current building and operation for a full understanding of his needs. This level of detail allowed us to identify an off-market property for John rather quickly, within days we had a deal.”
