A sandwich and wing restaurant is expanding in the region after leasing nearly 1,300 square feet in Hamilton, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
Brokers with the firm represented Briarwood Equities LLC, the owner of Briarwood Shopping Village at 2450-2452 Kuser Road, in the deal with Big Ray’s Steaks, Subs and Wings. The operator, which has existing locations in Florence and Bristol, Pennsylvania, has taken 1,250 square feet for a concept that sells hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, gyros, wings, burgers, pizza and more with dine-in, take-out and delivery options as well as corporate catering.
Fennelly Associates’ President Jerry Fennelly and Patrick Dintrone completed the deal at the 25,000-square-foot center, which brings Briarwood Shopping Village to full occupancy. The firm has been the property’s broker for more than 35 years and has leased more than 5,000 square feet there across four transactions in the past year alone, citing its location at the intersection of Kuser Road and Yardville Hamilton Square Road and just off Interstate 195.
Other tenants include Nail Studios 609, Padrino’s Italian Bistro and Pizzeria and Hamilton United Martial Arts Academy.
“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Briarwood Equities for nearly four decades and are proud to have helped them bring Briarwood Shopping Village to 100 percent occupancy,” Fennelly said. “Our longstanding partnership exemplifies our commitment to delivering high-quality customized commercial real estate solutions to our clients throughout the region.
