More than 300 new apartments have hit the market in Fort Lee with a series of amenities including an on-site fleet of electric FIAT vehicles that residents can rent at their convenience.
Its developer, UNLMTD Real Estate, has partnered with the automaker for what it says is a first-of-its-kind project. Leasing is now underway at 2100 North Central Road, known as FIAT House, where residents are at the foot of the George Washington Bridge and are minutes from both Manhattan and northern New Jersey’s vast highway network.
According to the builder, floorplans range from studio to two-bedroom units, with monthly rents starting from $2,400.
“At FIAT House, we are redefining the paradigms of urban living,” said Gabriella LoConte, development lead of UNLMTD Real Estate. “This community transcends conventional residential offerings, fostering an environment where sustainability, convenience and a vibrant sense of community converge. We are thrilled to open our doors to those ready to embrace this new standard of living.”

In a news release, the developer said the building’s car-sharing fleet will be available to renters starting this summer. The offering features the all-electric Fiat 500e that the automaker recently introduced to the North American market, one of several connections to a brand that will be woven throughout the property.
Many of FIAT House’s apartments will come fully furnished to provide a turn-key living experience, the news release said. Amenity spaces at the site total more than 30,000 square feet and are curated by New York-based URBN Playground, including a landscaped rooftop deck with cabanas, grills and firepits as well as a communal kitchen, a gym, a cinema and a business center, among others.
Residents will also have access to what’s known as 500 Lounge, a space designed by Kartell that has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the George Washington Bridge and Manhattan skyline, which is slated to open this summer. Other features include storage lockers and private offices for rent on each residential floor and an enclosed parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations.
Renters, meantime, are minutes from eight major highways and mass transit. They also have access to an app that allows them to connect with their neighbors and stay informed about social programming from their smartphones, while booking concierge services such as personal training and dry-cleaning services.
