More than 300 new luxury apartments are coming to Fort Lee as part of a newly announced partnership between UNLMTD Real Estate and Fiat, the global automaker, at a building whose residents will have access to an on-site fleet of electric vehicles.
The companies on Wednesday said the development known as FIAT House, located at 2100 North Central Road, is slated to open early next year at the foot of the George Washington Bridge. Its debut will coincide with the North American launch of the all-electric Fiat 500e, dovetailing with the plan for a distinctive car-sharing program at the property involving the newly unveiled model.
The project is also slated to include more than 30,000 square feet of upscale amenities, concierge services and community events, while boasting a location at the nexus of eight major highways and minutes from New York City.

UNLMTD and Fiat said the partnership stems from their common vision of the future of urban living, one that seamlessly integrates connectivity, community, sustainability and style. They added that the collection of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom rentals, which will include some furnished homes, are inspired by the design ethos of the Fiat 500, while the automaker’s brand will be woven throughout the property.
