A financial services firm has sold its Voorhees office building and moved into leased space at a nearby business park, in a set of transactions arranged by Colliers International.
Evan Zweben, a senior managing director in Colliers’ Mount Laurel office, represented CPI Cos. in the sale of its 6,700-square-foot, freestanding office building at 513 Centennial Blvd. The buyer, a rheumatologist, purchased the property for $750,000 and plans to convert it to a modern medical office.
Concurrently, Zweben represented CPI in a lease at 1010 Haddonfield Berlin Road in the nearby Laurel Oak Corporate Center, also in Voorhees, ensuring uninterrupted operations for the firm.
“My partners and I are thankful we hired Colliers to help us with our real estate needs,” CPI said in a prepared statement. “From the first day, Evan laid out a process and gave us realistic expectations. Along the way, he was eager to help us with whatever was asked of him: he assisted us in many ways — including recommending we hire an architect to create digital floor plans to help market the building, found and negotiated the deal for our new location, and connected us with our mover. We would not hesitate calling Evan for future real estate needs.”
