SUCCESSFUL ONGOING PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
First Commerce Bank is proud to have financed the construction of two striking “identical-twin” office buildings located at 1999 Cedar Bridge Ave. in Lakewood, NJ. The project fulfills the owner’s dream of creating state-of-the-art Class A office buildings at the Jersey Shore, with convenient access to major roadways.
A Challenge: Phase I of the complex was shovel-ready when the COVID-19 crisis struck. Consequently, the developer had to decelerate his original plans just as many others did during the pandemic in order to reach completion. However, thanks to a longstanding relationship with the Bank, the team worked hand-in-hand to see the project though to fruition. Phase I of the project is fully stabilized and the Bank is currently funding Phase II.
