A developer has nearly completed its lease-up of more than 270 apartments at a newly built property along the Hackensack River in Bogota.
According to the firm, PCD Development, renters have flocked to The Atwater thanks in part to its waterfront location, connectivity and more than 20,000 square feet of amenity space. The 273-unit first phase of the community, located at 100 West Fort Lee Road, is now 90 percent leased.
Monthly rents at the property start from around $2,100, according to a news release. The Marketing Directors is the complex’s marketing and leasing agent.
Earlier this year, PCD unveiled amenity spaces such as a clubroom with billiards and a bar, a resident lounge with a fireplace and a high-end, 2,200-square-foot fitness center with Fitness-on-Demand and yoga studios. The developer also recently opened a slate of outdoor spaces including a heated pool, a sun deck, cabanas, grills and an outdoor theater.
Additionally, the property features a 2,000-foot-long walkway along the Hackensack River, among other offerings, while PCD said a resident-only outdoor theater is in the works.
The firm has also touted the site’s proximity to restaurants and bars, retailers and local services. The property is a 10-minute drive from Westfield Garden State Plaza, Paramus Park Mall and The Shops at Riverside, with quick access to Interstate 80, the George Washington Bridge and other highways.
