Two new tenants are coming to a Cherry Hill shopping center, under a set of newly announced leases by Vantage Commercial.
The new operators at Centrum Shoppes, located at 219 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, will include Haddonfield Fitness & Ride Cycle and Studio Silky Skin Studios. Both are slated to open this fall and will occupy an undisclosed amount of space, joining tenants such as Arnie’s Butcher & Gourmet Shop, 1-800-Flowers, A Beautiful Touch Bridal and others at the roughly 25,000-square-foot property.
Monica Walsh, director of client services at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with both tenants as well as landlord Matthew Rettner. In a news release, the brokerage firm touted the center’s location at the border of Cherry Hill and Haddonfield, with easy access to Philadelphia, Interstate 295 and Route 561.
