A financial institution has sold a 33,000-square-foot office building in Flemington, under a nearly $3.3 million deal brokered by Marcus & Millichap.
Brian C. Hosey, regional manager of the firm’s New Jersey office, said Marcus represented both parties in the sale of 31 North Office Center. An unnamed LLC acquired the property, a Class B medical office building located at 121 State Route 31.
Ben Sgambati, Alan Cafiero, Anthony Asencio and Victor W. Nolletti, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey and Westchester offices, marketed the building on behalf of an unidentified seller. Asencio secured and represented the buyer, touting the site’s location just minutes from Interstate 78.
