A furniture store owner has leased nearly 71,000 square feet at a South Brunswick industrial building, under a newly announced transaction by Bussel Realty Corp.
The real estate services firm represented the tenant, Moe’s Home Collection, in the 70,802-square-foot commitment at 270 Heller Park Court. Owned by Heller Industrial Parks, the retailer’s new facility sits within a 353,999-square-foot property in the town’s Dayton section.
BRC Senior Vice President Jordan Metz represented the operator, which is headquartered in Vancouver and has showrooms in Las Vegas and High Point, North Carolina. He touted the property’s access to Route 130, the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 1, along with its wide column spacing, 19 extended loading docks and one drive-in door.
“Moe’s Home Collection has existing Class A logistics infrastructure in Seattle and Vancouver, and was referred to me by a client to help them secure similar high cube distribution space here in the New Jersey market,” Metz said. “After touring everything that was available to them, Moe’s selected Heller Industrial Park in Dayton for its highway access, 32-foot clear ceilings, and expansion potential within the landlord’s vast industrial portfolio.
“This new location enables Moe’s to service its customer base east of the Mississippi more effectively.”
